Business Platform reform underway
Technopolis is currently implementing a major system change. The company is moving from Microsoft AX to Dynamics 365. The business platform reform covers a large set of different financial management systems, the banking system and a new CE-system. Rillion was selected to provide an invoice, contract and document management solution. Jouko Peltonen says:
“In this project, Rillion is one of the main components from a financial management perspective, as we will be handling all Technopolis vendor invoices through Rillion in the future – regardless of which country our operations are located in.” Jouko Peltonen, System Manager at Technopolis
The delivery of the solution was carried out in the spring of 2020, when the Corona virus forced the whole project to work remotely and virtually. Thanks to excellent communication, planning and consulting work the project was implemented on time.
“Consultant cooperation is always very important and we have had the good fortune to get Juho as a consultant from Rillion. Juho has been very reachable, he understands our challenges and can also bring his own vision to the areas we need it. We are really pleased with this cooperation,” Peltonen said.
Technopolis increases accounts payable automation with Rillion
Rillion’s modern, next-generation invoice processing solution streamlines the approval workflow for Technopolis. The user interface is intuitive and the solution integrates with different ERPs, financial management and procurement systems. In the future, Technopolis will introduce Rillion in all its offices and increase the automation of all their vendor invoices. Peltonen comments:
