Document People
Document People has its origins in Share IT, which was founded in 1995 by Per Øland with a focus on optimising companies’ document and workflow processes.
Today, the printing business, including the Sharp division, has been sold off, and Document People A/S now focuses exclusively on digital software solutions based on Rillion.
We help businesses automate their invoice processing, reduce manual processes and improve visibility within the finance department – including through effective ERP integrations and intelligent approval workflows.
As a Rillion partner, we help businesses reduce manual tasks, gain a better overview and make approval and invoice processing more efficient. Our work continues to be based on the same core values: smarter workflows, reduced resource consumption and solutions that support a more digital and sustainable way of working.
Document People has received several accolades of which we are very proud – including being named a Gazelle company in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
In addition to our offices in Denmark, we have also opened a new branch office in Hamburg, most recently in 2025, to serve as a base for supporting our growth ambitions in the German market.
Solutions for digital document management
Document People’s solution for digital invoice processing combines the market’s best software for data extraction and interpretation with an intelligent, AI-based invoice workflow that matches invoices with purchase orders and contracts. In addition, the solution handles employee expense claims simply and efficiently. We collaborate with Rillion and Acubiz, both of which are leaders in their respective fields.
